1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products due to customer misuse
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Gift cards (if offered)
3. Return Process

Please do not return items without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
