Customs, Duties & Taxes

Tracking Your Order
Tracking details are emailed when your parcel ships. You can also track on our Order Tracking page using your order number and billing email.
Lost / Damaged Parcels
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier.
- For damage or shortages, notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of packaging and items.
- Claims are subject to carrier investigation and verification by Marvel™.
Shipping Restrictions
