• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• Confirmation is sent at purchase and tracking is emailed once dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details are emailed when your parcel ships. You can also track on our Order Tracking page using your order number and billing email.

Lost / Damaged Parcels

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier.
• For damage or shortages, notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of packaging and items.
• Claims are subject to carrier investigation and verification by Marvel™.

Shipping Restrictions

• Certain oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for all destinations.
• We may cancel and refund orders to unsupported or high-risk locations.
