2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices, taxes, and shipping fees shown at checkout.
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors (including pricing/typography) before or after submission.
• In case of stockouts or quality rechecks, we may cancel and refund your order or offer alternatives.
• Discount codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may carry additional terms.

3) Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally via trusted carriers. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days; made-to-order items may require 5–7 business days. International orders may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees set by local authorities and paid by the recipient.

4) Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Personalized or final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions and exclusions.

5) Product Characteristics

Our Home & Living products may feature natural variations in color, grain, or finish. Such variations are normal and not defects. Images aim to represent products accurately, but colors can vary by screen and lighting.
